How We Started — And Why

We started Anna 99 Careers because we saw a problem that nobody was solving well — especially in India.

Millions of talented people were getting rejected from jobs they were perfectly qualified for. Not because they lacked skills. Not because they lacked experience. But because their resume didn't do them justice.

You upload your current resume or fill out our career details form. You tell us about your education, experience, skills, achievements, and the kind of roles you're targeting. The more you share, the better resume we can write.

We Have a Conversation

Your assigned writer reaches out via WhatsApp or phone call. This 15–20 minute conversation helps us understand things that a form can't capture — your career aspirations, the challenges you've faced, the achievements you're most proud of.
