2. Definitions
- "Service" means any resume writing, cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, career package, resume review, or related service offered by Anna 99 Careers.
- "Deliverable" means the final document(s) produced as a result of the Service, including resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile text.
- "Order" means your request for a specific Service, confirmed by payment.
- "Writer" means the professional assigned by Anna 99 Careers to work on your project.
- "Revision" means a modification to the Deliverable based on your feedback, within the scope of the original Service.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice on our website. Existing orders will not be affected by price changes.
4. Order Process
The order process works as follows:
- You contact us via our website form, email, WhatsApp, or phone to express interest in a Service.
- We discuss your requirements and recommend the appropriate Service.
- You confirm the Service and make payment via UPI, bank transfer, or online payment.
- Upon payment confirmation, your order is considered placed and work begins.
- You provide your career details, existing resume (if any), and target role information.
- A Writer is assigned to your project and may contact you for a consultation call.
- The first draft is delivered within the specified turnaround time.
- You review the draft and provide feedback for revisions.
- Final Deliverable is sent after revisions are complete.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is required in full before work begins on your order.
- We accept payment via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and online payment.
- Payment confirmation is typically received within 1 business day.
- If payment is not received within 48 hours of order confirmation, the order may be cancelled.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- We do not offer installment plans or post-delivery payment for standard services.
6. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are counted in business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays) from the date we receive both your payment and your complete career details. "Complete career details" means your existing resume or filled career form, plus the consultation call (if applicable).
If there are delays on your end (e.g., delayed consultation call, incomplete information), the turnaround clock pauses until we have what we need.
While we make every effort to meet stated turnaround times, occasional delays may occur due to high volume or unforeseen circumstances. If we anticipate a delay, we will notify you promptly.
7. Revisions
Each Service includes a specified number of revision rounds as listed in the pricing table above.
- A "revision round" means one set of feedback from you, addressed in one updated draft.
- Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the draft.
- Revisions must be within the scope of the original Service. Changing the target role, adding new job entries, or requesting a completely different approach may constitute a new order.
- Additional revision rounds beyond the included number are available at ₹499 per round.
- If no revision feedback is received within 7 days, the delivered draft is considered the final Deliverable.
8. Client Responsibilities
To ensure we can deliver the best possible result, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your career, education, skills, and experience.
- Respond to our communications (email, WhatsApp, phone) within a reasonable timeframe.
- Be available for the consultation call within 3 business days of order placement.
- Provide complete career details as requested.
- Review drafts and provide clear, specific feedback for revisions.
- Not use our services for fraudulent purposes (e.g., fabricating qualifications or experience).
We write your resume based on the information you provide. We are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of your claims. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness of the content in your resume.
9. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment and final delivery, you own the Deliverable (your resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn text). You are free to use, modify, and distribute it as you wish.
- We retain the right to use anonymized excerpts or general descriptions of our work for portfolio, training, or marketing purposes. We will never use your name, contact details, or identifiable information without your explicit consent.
- The website content, design, branding, and all materials on anna99careers.site remain the intellectual property of Anna 99 Careers.
10. No Employment Guarantee
Important: Anna 99 Careers provides professional resume writing services. We do not guarantee that you will receive job interviews, job offers, or employment as a result of using our services. Employment outcomes depend on many factors beyond the resume, including your qualifications, interview performance, market conditions, and employer preferences.
Our commitment is to deliver a professionally written, ATS-optimized resume that presents your skills and experience in the best possible way. The resume is a tool — how effectively it works depends on many variables we cannot control.
11. Confidentiality
We treat all information you share with us as confidential. Your career details, personal information, and resume content are never shared with employers, recruiters, job portals, or any third party without your explicit consent. 12. Limitation of Liability
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service in question.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost income, lost job opportunities, or emotional distress.
- We are not liable for delays caused by your failure to provide information, respond to communications, or be available for consultations.
- We are not liable for ATS rejection if the employer uses a proprietary or non-standard ATS system.
- We are not responsible for how employers, recruiters, or ATS systems interpret or evaluate your resume.
13. Cancellation & Refunds

- Full refund if you cancel before work begins.
- 50% refund if you cancel after the consultation but before the first draft.
- No refund after the first draft has been delivered (revisions are available instead).
- Resume Review (₹499) is non-refundable once the review has been delivered.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we follow this process:

- Written complaint: If not resolved, submit a written complaint via email. We will respond within 7 business days.
- Mediation: If still unresolved, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
- Legal proceedings: Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, turnaround times will be extended accordingly and we will notify you as soon as possible.
