Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your order at the time of cancellation:

To cancel your order or request a refund:
We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process it within 3 business days.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the first draft, we encourage you to use your included revision rounds before requesting a cancellation. Our writers are committed to getting it right. Most quality concerns are resolved through the revision process.
